Keiichiro Hirano has published a joint volume with the Korean novelist Kim Yeon-su.

The book, titled Nearby World(Korean title: 근접한 세계), will be released in Korea on March 5. It brings together one newly written short story by each author under the shared theme of “ethical conflict.”

The volume includes Kim Yeon-su’s “Our Failure” and Hirano’s The Decisive Moment. Hirano’s story will also be published in the May issue (on sale in April) of Shincho in Japan.
